Permit Submittal Documents

Please fill out the below documents to be attached with your submittal for building permits. 

ALL SIGNATURES WILL NEED VERIFICATION.

Acceptable signature verification includes:

1. A digital signature with DocuSign, or a comparable software

2. A handwritten signature and a photo ID both uploaded into GovWell for verification.

3. A wet signed form brought into the Building Resiliency Center with a photo ID to upload into GovWell for photo verification.
