Fire Flow / Hydrant Location Request

To apply and pay the fees online through our GovWell system, please click here then click on the "Fire Prevention" module to find the fire flow application.

We are accepting Fire Flow / Hydrant Location Request applications by mail, online, or in person at Station 81, 767 Birch Street or The Building Resiliency Center, 6295 Skyway.

To apply by mail, complete the  Fire Flow / Hydrant Location Request Form and mail it with your site map and payment check or money order to:

The fee for parcels that are less than 1 acre is $86.12.

The fee for parcels that are 1 acre or more is $255.80.

The fee for all commercial parcels is $255.80

You must include a site map with your application.

Results will be emailed to you upon completion.
